How to Play

JamQuest runs alongside a Spotify Jam. Everyone joins the Spotify Jam themselves — JamQuest handles the game around it.

Queue Challenge

Every round, everyone gets the same prompt (like “Best Bassline”). Open Spotify, queue a song that fits, then mark yourself ready. Once everyone's queued up, sit back and listen. Then everyone privately votes for the best entry — you can't vote for yourself. Points are awarded and the leaderboard updates.

JamQuest

Everyone gets secret missions — things like getting someone to sing along to a song you queued, or sneaking a specific era into the queue. Complete a mission honestly, tap Complete, and claim your points. Nobody else can see your missions. Watch out for Road Events — short communal challenges everyone votes on together.

Good to know

JamQuest never knows what's actually playing in Spotify — you confirm everything yourself.
Only the host can start rounds, trigger Road Events, or end the game.
If your phone loses signal, just reopen JamQuest — you'll reconnect as yourself, not a new player.
Passengers only. The driver should keep their hands off the phone.
